Story, ritual, and what stays with you.
Before planning travel, Louis spent two decades helping luxury brands tell better stories. He started at Leo Burnett, working on Motorola and Morgan Stanley. He went on to lead brand strategy at Calvin Klein, John Varvatos, and Tommy Hilfiger, and later served as CMO at several venture-backed consumer brands.
He studied Folklore and Mythology at Harvard and design at Parsons. Both degrees shaped the same instinct: that the best experiences are the ones with a point of view. The ones that know what they are, and why it matters.
I'm interested in the moments that become a story the next time you sit down with friends — the overnight in Santorini you almost didn't book, the chef who walks out from the kitchen on the third night, the morning you wake up in a fjord and don't say anything for an hour.
A Virtuoso practice with a trusted global network.
Suite at Sea is built on that instinct. Not every cruise line deserves your time. Explora Journeys does. The ships are smaller, the suites are better, and the pace is designed around the traveler, not the itinerary.
In practice that means hotel benefits at properties you can book yourself — but with breakfast, upgrades, and credits layered on — and cruise itineraries built with the on-the-ground knowledge of specialists in each region. We don't sell you what's commissionable. We sell you what's right.
Africa, Japan, Peru — and the bucket list you haven't named yet.
Suite at Sea is the cruise-focused face of our broader portfolio. Most of our clients also travel with us on private African safaris, slow journeys across Japan, classic and culinary Italy, and once-in-a-lifetime trips through Peru and Patagonia. The same standard of taste and attention runs through everything we plan.
Explora gives our clients a way to see Greece, the Norwegian fjords, and the Caribbean from an ocean-front terrace with their own pace of day. It's the cruise built for people who don't usually cruise — and the easiest, most editorial way into a category we know cold.
